Job description

The purpose of this position is to ensure reliable and accurate analysis of data to facilitate the client's ability to develop and implement projects to achieve established programmatic goals and objectives.

Using public health knowledge and analytic expertise, activities of this position include day to day operations around ensuring clients data is in a usable format; conducting queries and providing guidance around formats and methodology for ad hoc routine reporting; analyzing reports and providing analytic support to team members; as well as working with health care providers to improve quality of the data submissions.

This position will report directly to the Assistant Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $43.00 - $47.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• documenting processes: 4 years (Preferred)
• requirement specifications and developing clinical workflows: 4 years (Preferred)
• Understanding of general IT architectural principles: 4 years (Preferred)
• working with clinical data, EHRs, HL7 v2 and C-CDA messages: 4 years (Preferred)
• statistics, SAS, SQL, and clinical information systems: 4 years (Preferred)
• Knowledge of HIPAA: 4 years (Preferred)
