Full-Cycle Recruiter/Sourcer (IT/TECH RECRUITER)

The Company:

Our client is in the energy sector and located in the West Houston area. They are seeking to add a NEW position to their Human Resources Team.

This company is seeking to hire ONE FULL-CYCLE RECRUITER with a focus in recruiting for IT ROLES to assist with filling their available openings in Houston and across the U.S.

This role is HYBRID and CONTRACT basis. Hourly rate for this role is at $30-$35/hr (40-hrs per week), with weekly pay schedule!

The Expectations:

The Full-Cycle Recruiter (IT) will…

· Source for various roles as needed

· Provide full-cycle recruitment as needed

· Recruit for multiple roles at once

· Recruit for multiple locations at once

· Use “head-hunting” skills as necessary

· Communicate with multiple internal hiring managers

The Experience & Education:

· 5 years’ sourcing/recruiting experience within oil/gas/energy industries

· 3 year’s sourcing/recruiting experience specifically for IT Roles/Sector

The Benefits:

· Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

· Salary is between $30-$35/hr, depending on experience.
