IT Sales (Remote, Full Time)
An established Information Technology Services company is looking for a motivated self-starter with sales experience. In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, following-up with qualified opportunities, and winning new business from prospects that have an interest in short to long term IT projects and services. You will also be expected to manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while looking for mutually beneficial revenue generating opportunities in the process. This position is remote, meaning that you will work in the convenience of your home. MUST LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.

Once hired, you will have the unique opportunity to be directly involved in developing our sales process from the ground up. Be prepared (and excited!) to bring new, innovative, and creative ideas to the table that you will later be able to implement and execute.

  • We are an IT and Networking services company that provides IT infrastructure management, maintenance, and support for our client’s businesses.
  • We currently operate exclusively in Southern California, with clients in areas such as Rancho Cucamonga, Torrance, and Irwindale • Our company has been in business for over 25 years.

Responsibilities:
  • Create interest in our products and services.
  • Cold calls over 100 companies a day
  • Generate new business leads.
  • Arrange meetings with current and potential clients.
  • Follow-up on leads and prospects in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Sell short to long term capabilities and solutions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Track and maintain lead, prospect, and client information in our in-house CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of an internal sales process and methodology.
  • Manage workload to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
  • Participate in regular training and education requirements.
  • Having a willingness to learn.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Must live in Southern California.
  • Need to have an existing client base.
  • Must have reliable internet and quiet environment.
  • Must be able to work remotely (100% remote when not visiting potential clients).

  • The ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
  • Capable of handling customer rejection

Compensation
  • Bi-Weekly Compensation + Commission.
