IT Technical Support
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring operational readiness of RF environment to include RF guns, pick carts and access points
- Maintain inventory of equipment including guns, batteries for pick carts and chargers
- Assign/receive equipment from users while maintaining detailed documentation
- Inspect and test computer workstations to determine operational readiness
- Perform onsite repairs for equipment capable of tracking end of life cycles and warranties
- Work with offsite vendors for equipment repair
- Configure and troubleshoot RF guns, pick carts, computers and printers
- Perform reimaging of computer/laptops
- Perform requests through ticketing system
- Run cabling with ability to terminate utilizing RJ45 connectors as needed
- Mount AP as needed
- Ability to maintain vendor relationships and conduct in a professional manner
- Maintain procurement, spending requests and purchase orders for equipment
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, Required
- 3-4 years of experience with RF infrastructure in a distribution center environment
- 1-2 years of experience with wireless infrastructure
- 3-4 years of experience with RF equipment repairs, including RF guns, batteries and chargers
- 3-4 years of experience with computer repairs, including support of Windows 10
- Ability to operate scissor lift
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Familiar with Hip printers, CT45 Honeywell devices and configuring RF guns
- Ability to run Data drops within the Warehouse

- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds without assistance
- Ability to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds without assistance
- Ability to climb stairs without assistance
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products
- Must NOT be afraid of heights
- Must be able to work on a variety of warehouse floors up to 100 feet in height
- Must be about to work in a warehouse environment with a noise level up to 85dBA
