We are professional, agile and our goal is to provide outstanding customer service while delivering unique dishes not commonly found in Downeast Maine. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at a casual dining restaurant. The successful candidate will have experience in a variety of food service settings, including quick service and fast food restaurants, bars, and fast casual restaurants. The ideal candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation.
• Prepare food items quickly and accurately.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of menu items.
• Adhere to all restaurant sanitation and safety standards.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
