Management Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing and examine financial records, ensuring records are accurate and enforcing Company policies and procedures. Act as liaison between accounting & finance and the other departments of the Company Responsible for establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal control

Transaction & Financial Reporting Responsibilities

· Prepare and assist monthly/quarterly close that including review AR/AP/Inventory and all schedules

· Review journal entries prepared by accounting team

· Assist with quarterly review and year end audit requests

· Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts

· Assisting with preparing forecast and monitoring budgets

· Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions

· Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report; lead the audit process by reviewing and providing information to external auditors

· Provide financial analysis as needed and other related function as necessary.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting

2-3 years of experience including auditing, with 1 years in a supervising overseeing accounting staff

Experience with consolidating financial statements

Experience drafting financial statements with applicable disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Experience with analyzing accounting transactions by researching accounting literature and arriving at appropriate conclusion

Applicant must be authorized to work in the US; Bilingual in Chinese preferred

WORK SCHEDULE: TBD; Office Hours are: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM~6:00PM

COMPENSATION: $50-65K (DOE) + Health/Dental after three-month probationary period; 401K benefits available after one consecutive year with the company. Plus other miscellaneous workplace perks such as discounted food/coffee.
