Job Duties:
- Handle caseload of immigration matters for USCIS and EOIR cases.
- Conduct appearances for EOIR matters, including but not limited to bond hearings, master hearings, credible fear interviews, and individual hearings.
- Conduct review of FOIAs.
- Hold meetings with clients and be prepared to answer any questions relevant to their case with accuracy.
- Ensure that client meeting notes are entered into their electronic file.
- Practice exceptional client management and ensure satisfaction of the client throughout the duration of the case.
- Prepare and draft declarations for various matters.
- Hold meetings with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Currently licensed to practice immigration law in the US
- 0 - 3 years of experience practicing law
- A desire to practice immigration law and grow your professional legal career.
- Ability to speak conversational Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
