We Require
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Two years of office, administrative, or clerical experience
-
A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
We Also Value

Experience in a legal, court, justice system, or public defense setting

Electronic records/case management systems and document storage database experience
Job Contributions
-
Coordinate and track bond hearings, associated records, and the creation of files
-
Access and update case records using case management systems (Justware)
-
Answer inquiries and assists customers with requests for electronic or physical records
-
Create hard files, organizes materials, and pull files; boxes and mark files for long-term storage

Update case files, court calendars, and case management systems using information received from the courts and staff

Perform initial conflict checks

Receive and sort discovery for placement in the case file or delivery to attorneys
Working Conditions

Work is primarily office setting

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
