- Work days, and/or weekends as required.
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
- Read and write handwritten notes.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Must have regular and predictable attendance.
- Qualified candidates must have 1 year experience managing a kitchen
- Perform quality control on food leaving the kitchen and ordering inventory to keep up with demand.
- Set regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
- Must be 18
- HS diploma or equivalent
