We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for our $2.2M restaurant. The Gardens Restaurant at Samaritan Village is a full-service restaurant offering casual dining to residents and the local community. We are looking for a committed individual to take ownership of all food production while leading our culinary team. Our progressive business approach fosters a fun work environment, allowing us to delight our customers through high quality meals. This is an opportunity for an individual seeking a “career home”. The ideal candidate will possess a “roll-up your sleeves leadership” style balanced with professional supervisory “know-how.” The role requires a skilled culinary teacher dedicated to elevating the knowledge and expertise of our talented team.

Must have a strong guest service/culinary background with at least 3 years of supervision experience in a high-volume kitchen. The ideal candidate will have the ability to train, develop, and coach a group of talented individuals. Must be 18 years of age or older, fluent in English, DOJ/FBI clearance, negative TB test, negative drug screen, clear health screening, and employment history/professional reference verification required.
