Lipman Brothers, LLC Mission: To be the Distributor of choice to three important constituencies: Retailers, Customers and Suppliers, as well as to be the employer of choice.

OBJECTIVE: The merchandiser is a strong link between our customers (buyers) and our sales team. They must ensure that the correct product is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales and margin performance. Will at all time uphold the image of the company with honesty and integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report/Check in at start time with Grocery Team Lead and through app
• Maintain a neat clean professional appearance daily
• Follow store specific special instructions given by Sales Rep or Team Leader
• Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
• Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards.
• Backroom organization
• Ensure Point of Sale material is placed on shelves and displays.
• Properly display Lipman Brothers products
• Maintain a timely and accurate call schedule based on an assigned daily route
• Establish and maintain a professional rapport with store personnel
• Team with Account Managers to service accounts within requirements
• Identify and communicate individual store problems and opportunities to the appropriate Lipman Brothers’ representative
• Report/Check in with Off Premise Merchandising Manager daily after completion of normal daily route for any further instruction for the day
• Clock out through app from your last stop before you return home daily

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• HS Diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance
• Ability to work overtime as required, including weekends
• TN ABC Wholesalers Employee Permit

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to consistently lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, kneel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
