Landscape Foreman/Manager

We are a small, full-service lawn & landscape care company focused on professional property care for high end residential clients in Simsbury and West Hartford. We are currently looking to hire a landscape foreman/manager The right candidate will assist with management tasks to help grow the business as well as actively work with and oversee the crews and manage scheduling.

Key Attributes

● Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented

● Eagerness to learn, grow, and improve skills

● Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English

● Must be organized with attention to detail

● Comfortable in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Google Docs/Sheet

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Eagerness to learn, grow, and improve skills

● Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

● Experience with crew management, scheduling, customer relations

● Must have a neat, clean appearance

● Must have reliable transportation.

Must be knowledgeable is all facets of landscape management including but not limited to:

●Pruning – Ornamental tree and shrub

●Maintenance – mowing, trimming, etc.

●Bed care – edging, mulching, dead heading, weeding

●Plant installs

●Clean ups

●Lawn renovation

●Container plantings

●Equipment maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Paid time off

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
