• Operate Mazak CNC Fiber Laser-cutting machine.
• Safely perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures on CNC laser-cutting equipment.
• Load and unload machines.
• Stage raw materials in the work area to assist with loading and unloading.
• Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly maintenance following company standards and manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain a logbook of performed maintenance and report any equipment deficiencies.
• Perform machine alignment and optic cleaning to keep equipment operating smoothly.
• Perform part inspections.
• Other duties assigned by Plant Supervisor or Management.

• Two or more years of experience operating CO2 or Fiber CNC laser-cutting machines.
• Working experience with Mazak brand CNC laser-cutting machines.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read drawings and use measuring equipment.
• Ability to work well as a team member.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn outside of existing areas of expertise.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced setting, handle change, and have the creative energy to solve problems.
