THE LASH LOUNGE® at The Shoppes at Brinton Lake II in Glen Mills is looking for positive and professional Eyelash Extension Stylists. We are an upscale eyelash salon. We take pride in creating an inviting atmosphere and giving each of our clients' excellent customer service. This candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent client service skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This position will perform salon services for our clients, including: semi-permanent eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, and facial threading.

Some Responsibilities are:

• Performs the day to day application of our services to scheduled Lash Lounge guests, at the expected “Gold Standard” level.
• Thoroughly conducts expected client consultation prior to service application, and inserts proper notes in guests charts for future tracking.
• Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.
• All other duties as prescribed.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must have either a Cosmetology or Esthetician license.
• Experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public.
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating clients on products and services offered.
• Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.

Training in The Lash Lounge techniques will be provided on all services. You must possess a current Pennsylvania license in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Eyelash Specialty or equivalent in order to begin employment.
