Seeking an energetic and outgoing Leasing Consultant to join our team at our Villas at the Vineyard and Townhomes at Little Creek in Winston Salem, NC!

Qualified Leasing Professionals will have at least one year of property management experience. This position is Full Time and offers competitive hourly pay and a great benefit package.

Summary of Position:

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects and visitors to the community.
• Showing apartments and amenities to future residents by appointment or walk ins.
• Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails.
• Completing all leasing paperwork and ensuring resident file is complete.
• Compiling and processing applications.
• Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitoring traffic trends and market surveys.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Assist with marketing activities within the community and local market.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in apartment leasing role preferred, or equivalent customer service and sales experience

This position requires some weekends and holiday scheduling.
