We are looking for a Leasing Manager in San Diego, CA . This role focuses on property acquisition and disposition including the development of new branch and administrative facilities.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for property acquisition and disposition including the development of new branch and administrative facilities.

Negotiates lease terms for new and renewal lease contracts.

Performs site work and evaluation of new and existing facilities.

Negotiates purchase contracts and related documentation.

Monitors lease terms.

Develops and facilitates the execution of lease and sale related collateral documentation.

Maintains copies of leases and leasing records and reports.

Evaluates existing lease portfolio and recommends changes to protect the Bank's interests.

Works with Bank staff to implement lease conditions and ensure compliance with lease terms.

Tracks critical dates and terms contained in lease contracts.

Interacts with Senior Management in connection with site related work.

Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Department.

Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree in business or a related field and 6+ years of lease management experience.

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

Advanced knowledge of real estate accounting, lease contracts and deeds of trust terminology and practices.

Broad knowledge and application of leasing practices and procedures.

Advanced level negotiating skills.

Advanced level judgment and decision-making skills.

Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and appropriate software applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate with a diverse audience and on sensitive subject matter.
