We are looking for an up-and-coming Legal Receptionist / Intake Specialist.
When a potential client calls, they’re often dealing with a recent loss of a family member or feeling apprehensive about getting their own affairs in order. Our Legal Receptionist provides them with the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, active listening, empathy, building rapport, and the ability to determine the root of their legal issues and whether we can help them.

This important position involves answering calls from potential clients, qualifying these leads using set criteria, scheduling and confirming appointments for qualified leads, and following up every step of the way to make sure their experience with our law firm is first class.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Conveys confidence on the phone. Can set the tone and pace of the phone call. Shows empathy on the phone and puts people at ease.
- Treats a call at 4:30 p.m. on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office .
Extra points for:
- Bilingual (Tagalog or Spanish)
- Familiarity with Catholic traditions
- Inbound sales or retail experience
- Working knowledge of Clio Grow (Lexicata) intake platform and Clio case management
