Licensed Electrician

Licensed Electrician Summary:

Journeyman and Master Electricians lead jobs, crews, projects, and Apprentice Electricians. Licensed Electricians at Kimbel Mechanical work primarily in new residential and multi-family construction. Journeyman and Master Electricians must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, local city and national electrical codes, practices, and procedures within the electrical field.

Licensed Electrician Qualifications:

• Must have valid Journeyman or master's License from a State Board of Electrical Examiners. At Kimbel Mechanical, this must be a valid Arkansas Journeyman or master's License.
• Strong Work Ethics
• Supervisory Skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Communication Skills
• Ability to work 6am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday.

Licensed Electrician Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Capable of leading and empowering individuals within your respective team
• Oversee quality within your project(s)
• Manage subcontractors being utilized for the job
• Learn to inspect, install, modify, repair, and maintain electrical fixtures in gas, water, and drainage systems according to applicable building codes
• Communicate effectively with Builders, General Contractors and Project Managers
• Build and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines
• Apprentice Electricians must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

• Competitive Pay $25 to $32 DOE
