Licensed Massage Therapists - We're hiring!

Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center, providing community-based integrative healing for more than a decade, is seeking experienced massage therapists for its growing customer base in our Apple Valley location. We have a fantastic state of the art facility located off Pilot Knob Road at the crossroads of Apple Valley, Lakeville, Farmington, and Rosemount. We are rapidly expanding and looking for passionate and motivated massage therapists to join our team!

As an independent contractor, you will work in an excellent environment with marketing and training systems in place, supportive managers and owners, ready to help you achieve optimal success and high income in a short period of time. We need approximately 15-25/hours per week by a licensed massage therapist in the state of MN. Weekday and weekend hours available, details can be discussed during the interview.

Our Massage Therapists play a key role in our centers providing clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! Your expertise in a wide variety of massage techniques will make you an important part of our healing team.

REPORTS TO: Owner/Managing Partner

Primary Purpose: Be a professional massage and bodywork therapist who consistently uses their technical skill to create a personally rejuvenating experience for each other and our guests. Develop and strengthen relationships with clients and team members. Actively engage in instilling a culture of personalized, high-quality, results-driven healing therapeutic massage and technical expertise.

Personal Characteristics: A passion for serving people. Possess assertiveness, self-confidence and creativity in expressing technical ability. Believe in the experience and consistently exceed customer’s expectations. Desire to continuously look for ways to self-improve. Possess ability to develop and maintain long term professional relationship with clients and team members.

• Split Rate + tips. The average hourly rate our therapists earn is $55+
• Flexible work schedule. You can work as few as 4 hours per week or up to full time. If you work at another employer or are self-employed, you must not work 10 miles of the spa.

Successful Candidates MUST have:

• Minnesota License in Massage Therapy, or in the process of obtaining your Massage Therapy license
• City of Apple Valley Massage Therapy license (Will help obtain)
• Must carry professional liability insurance
• Punctuality. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled work shift and may require to stay later beyond work schedule if still with clients.

Pay: $45.00 - $80.00 per hour
