This role

We're looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will own Imprint’s lifecycle marketing. You will work with our product, design, and engineering teams to create journeys and campaigns that acquire, retain and engage our users. You'll lead our omnichannel marketing experience, guiding millions of learners globally.

The role reports to our Lead Product Manager and can be either remote or based in our New York office. Candidates must be based in the US. This is a contract role which could become full-time in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, develop, and manage lifecycle marketing journeys and campaigns to acquire, engage and retain subscribers for Imprint, leveraging email, push and in-product messaging channels.
  • Develop and own the experiment roadmap for lifecycle focusing on subscribers at-risk of churning.
  • Report out on experiment and campaign performance Work with leadership to identify messaging opportunities and prioritize future development.

About You

  • 3+ years experience in a lifecycle or growth marketing role
  • Familiarity with the standard methodologies of email/push/in-app message, preferably in the tech or mobile app industry.
  • Data-driven, with a track record of impactful marketing campaigns across communication channels
  • Experience with A/B testing: Able to develop hypotheses, execute tests and measure performance
  • Able to think critically about the metrics surrounding campaign success and how those contribute to overall user engagement
  • Able to work independently with strong project-management skills to see projects through from start-to-finish Strong verbal and written communication
  • You have a love for learning

Nice to have

  • Experience with Braze or other omnichannel messaging platforms
  • Familiarity with subscription businesses
  • Experience with collaboration in a remote environment

This is a contract role. The target annual pay for this role is $90,000-$160,000. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
