The Greenfront restaurant is looking to bring on a couple of talented individuals to be a part of our growing team. We have recently expanded our operations and are hoping to bring on a few new staff to work in our brand new state of the art kitchen. we offer a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Requirements

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
• Execute opening and closing procedures
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Monitor station inventory levels
• Accommodate guests’ special requests
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers

Skills

• Maintaining a positive attitude in a high stress environment
• Basic knife skills and a comprehensive knowledge of serve safe protocols
• Associates in Culinary arts preferred
• Will train the right individual
• Compensation based on experience

We are also hiring a part time cleaner for the restaurant 3-4 shifts per week.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Canandaigua, NY 14424: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 2 years (Preferred)
