Job description
Cooks are expected to be depedable with transportation. Able to knock out an hour or two of daily prep and be ready for service. Must have the desire to learn and the ability to stay focused and finish strong on a daily basis. All cooks anywhere should have your own knives. Cooks are also expected to maintan cleanliness throughout the work day. All food items should be labeled before being stored. Even with those expectationss I run a chill kitchen
