Job Title: LNA Med/Surg In Lebanon, NH
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team on a temporary basis in the Med/Surg unit at our healthcare facility in Lebanon, NH. The ideal candidate will have a current LNA license in the state of New Hampshire and prior experience working in a Med/Surg unit.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Take and record vital signs
Assist with patient mobility
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Active LNA license in the state of New Hampshire
Prior experience in a Med/Surg unit
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional
