Docstar Medical Partners is looking for a locum tenens FNP for coverage in Parker, AZ! Details below:
Start date: Dec. 13th 2022
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: M-F 40hrs
Need: FNP for outpatient clinic
License required: AZ
Patients: 15 min follow-ups, 20-30 mins for new patients
BCLS required
Requirements:
Demonstrates the ability to perform physical exams on all patients, neonate through the geriatric population.
Provides direct patient care in the clinic and may be required to cover the LPRH Urgent Care, if needed.
Must be an approved provider with Medicare, Medicaid (Arizona), Blue Cross/Blue Shield and all major carriers associated with La Paz Regional Hospital (Checking to see if this is a deal breaker)
Obtains and documents patient's medical history. Identifies health risk factors.
Meets or exceeds the Medicare Rural Health minimum volume per year.
Demonstrates the ability to diagnose and treat common acute illnesses.
Demonstrates the ability to diagnose and treat chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension.
