Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nurses with current license in Oklahoma
• Two years of Assisted Living and Memory Care experience
• Must be proficient in electronic MAR and knowledge in Oklahoma State regulation of AL
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to observe resident's behavior and communicate observations in a professional intelligent manner
• Ability to read and write English in order to follow and give oral and written instructions
• Transcribe and implement physician orders
• Physically capable of turning, stooping, bending, stretching, moving equipment, and performing other related tasks
