What you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating a complex piece of equipment including performing machine set up and program adjustments
• Safely & properly operate equipment to avoid any substantial negative financial impact
• Rotate to other departments as necessary, willingness to cross-train
• Follow Standard Work Instructions and work with minimal supervision when required
• Determine the causes of a problem, identify and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Demonstrate quality workmanship and the commitment to consistently producing quality products
• Understand, interpret and work within computer programs of the machine

Ideally, you will meet the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write in English
• Read and understand technical and parts drawings
• Previous machine operating experience and/or classes
• Able to learn and demonstrate specific, required technical skills
• Computer proficient
• Desire to learn new products, processes, and equipment operation
• Willingness to do what it takes to meet schedule/customer needs
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50lbs
• Work overtime as needed

This job requires close vision, the ability to correctly see color, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
