The role of Machine Operator is a highly sought after role at Vidor Garage Door in which you can be an integral part of our team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform duties based on instructions/past practices but also help create new ones
• Ability to achieve results in an accurate and timely manner
• Routinely monitor products to completion
• Keep up with schedule and work orders
• Keep work area clean and SAFE
• Maintain awareness of schedules and adjust work capacity needs as required
• Show up to work on time. (necessary communication if late etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of CNC Routers specifically
• Weeke Vantech
• Wood WOP software
• 80 lbs - Team lifting
• Ladder use
• Air pressure use
• Safety of a machine
• Attention to CRITICAL DETAILS

BENEFITS AND PERKS:

• Starting Salary - $18.00
• After training - we have developed a way to work 32 hours a week and get paid for 40 hours. 3 day weekend every week!!
• Paid time off after completion of training (usually 90 days)
• Paid sick leave after 90 days
