- Pay range $18 - $23/hr (based on experience)
- Additional $1.50/hr attendance bonus

I. Summary
Employee is responsible for the custodial maintenance of assigned areas. The Employee may perform other maintenance department functions as requires.
II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures office cleanliness by sweeping and mopping the front office way, cleaning all office doors and glass, vacuuming carpeted office areas, sweeping and mopping hard surface areas and meeting rooms and spot dusting office areas as needed.
- Ensures the restrooms are clean and neat by sweeping and mopping all rest rooms, cleaning and sanitizing sinks stools and urinals and checking and servicing roll towels and toilet paper.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the lunchroom by sweeping, mopping and sanitizing as needed.
- Ensures the shop is clean by picking up shop trash, running the walk behind sweeper in shop aisles and mopping the inspection room floor as needed.
- Learns new technology related to this field (in a reasonable amount of time) in order to work efficiently.
- Works with cleaning chemicals in a safe manner observing all company and OSHA standards.
- May occasionally be required to operate a lift truck as directed.
