Maintenance Manager

NFCA is an automated sand cast foundry servicing a highly diversified industry base. We are looking to fill the position of Maintenance Manager with a highly motivated Maintenance Professional.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of Maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair all facility equipment and machines in a timely manner, with focus on continuous equipment up time.
• Maintain the facility and equipment through assigned preventative maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of critical parts.
• Maintain records on all equipment.
• Work with area managers for improved efficiency and quality.
• Follow all lockout procedures, safety rules, and OSHA requirements.
• Lead the maintenance team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 5 plus years experience in Maintenance Management.
• PLC knowledge with the ability to trouble shoot and correct issues.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and devices.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems and devices.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and industrial control wiring.
• Strong leadership abilities capable of motivating your team for continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Knowledge of foundry sand molding and casting processes.
• The ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Knowledge of PLC controlled equipment, wiring practices, and ladder logic.

Additional Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
