Job description

Currently looking to hire a well rounded maintenance manager to help run a 150+ unit property in Lindenwold

Multiple years of plumbing, electrical and carpentry are a must. HVAC experience would be a huge plus

Will be responsible for overseeing and sticking to make ready schedule from start to finish, scheduling and completing work orders in a timely fashion and must clean up after work is completed.

Will oversee maintenance techs and will need to ensure they are completed their assignments. Responsible for ordering materials and ensuring all items have arrived etc.

Needs to have reliable transportation and be willing to go through a background check.

Will be on call around 1-2 week per month

• Maintenance: 2 years (Required)

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• HVAC Certification (Preferred)
