JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Shift: Day shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees CMMS system, tools, equipment, vehicle supplies, machinery, and department expendables
• Assist Facility Manager with Capital Expenditure request process (CAR) for maintenance equipment replacements, new equipment purchases, and all CAPEX projects
• Assist Facility Manager in overseeing entire vehicle fleet as well as lift equipment
• Establish strong working partnerships with all vendors and suppliers
• Purchase and manage spare parts and repair parts for all production machinery and vehicle fleet
• Control and maintain organization of the tool tracking system and spare parts inventory using supply control software

• Strong administrative background with ability to multi-task
• Working background in supply ordering, supply chain management, or project management

Equipment / Tools Used:

• Majority of work to be performed in the office at a desk location using Microsoft based software and hardware
• Occasional overtime as needed to ensure project success
