Position function
- Reviva is seeking an experienced Maintenance technician to provide 1st shift, 8 hours plus on-site support of our diesel engine production facility in Fridley, MN
Responsibilities:
- You will be working on facility and production equipment providing skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support: including maintaining, testing, repairing electrical/electronic devices, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
- You will be expected to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and restore equipment to production, to include programmable controls,power supplies, VFD's, gauges, and test equipment.
1) Equipment maintenance: (80%)
- Provide the highest level of troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Modify and upgrade equipment as required and authorized.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Provide continuous improvement to equipment systems.
- Strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting.
2) Facility maintenance: (20%)
- Perform repairs to facilities interior/exterior systems.
- Provide continuous improvements to equipment.
- Plumbing and pipe fitting skills.
- Brazing and sweating copper.
- Emergency janitorial services
Qualifications
- Certificate or degree in related field from a college or technical school with a minimum of 2 years experience OR at least five years on the job experience.
- 2 + years of Equipment Maintenance experience - Required
- Facility Maintenance is a plus
- Troubleshooting experience
- Project management experience
- Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
