Maintenance Technician

San Jose, CA (On-Site)

This position is responsible for completing maintenance tasks to repair and precede the quality of a facility duties include conducting routine maintenance checks delegating tasks among the maintenance team .

One the main goals of a building maintenance technician is responding to facilities request and handling any necessary repair, such as fixing flooring, drywall, plaster, and painting. Some of the typical daily duties include performing quality check on HVAC, Air conditioning, plumbing and electrical system. Checking and responding to securing and safety issues . Testing and recommending new facilities products. Keeping documents of inspections and problems.

Doing landscaping And other duties assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a related position in the electronics industry.
• Clean DMV record mandatory.
• Good written and oral communication is required.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Requires the ability to lift upto 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,221.99 - $59,278.10 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Jose, CA 95138: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Maintenance (Required)
