Working alongside the Maintenance Team; you will be responsible for the following: Assisting and supporting in the required maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property, including, but not limited to, making ready of units, maintenance for current residences, and maintaining grounds and recreational facilities.
