Position Description
The Division of Public and Behavioral Health is recruiting for a Management Analyst III in Carson City. Under the direction of the Administrative Services Officer II, the incumbent is responsible for fiscal review and oversight of complex budgets with multiple funding sources; budget preparation and execution; preparation of annual spending plans; federal and state reporting; revenue and expenditure forecasts; review of subgrants and contracts; preparation of work programs for review and approval of the Governor's Finance Office and Legislative Counsel Bureau; and preparing fiscal notes during legislative sessions. The incumbent will act as a liaison between Division and Budget Office and/or Legislative Counsel Bureau staff as well as other state agencies, requiring a professional attitude and proper communication. Ensure timely services, meeting deadlines with severe time constraints, file documentation and follow-up occurs as required.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, finance, social sciences, mathematics or related field and three years of professional experience in the research, development, evaluation or revision of programs, organizations, methods or procedures; OR Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, finance, social sciences, mathematics or related field and three years of professional experience which included budgeting, accounting, and/or economic or management analysis and projections; OR graduation from high school or equivalent education and five years of professional experience as described above; OR one year of experience as a Management Analyst II in Nevada State service; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as described above.
