The Talent Management Director will be responsible for executive program and content design supporting the development of our senior leaders throughout the organization. The Director will execute programs, develop partnerships, conduct research, and lead the measurement approach to build the talent and skills of the future.

Base Pay Range: $123,800/yr. - $170,000/yr.
The Talent Management Director will be responsible for executive program and content design supporting the development of our senior leaders throughout the organization. The Director will execute programs, develop partnerships, conduct research, and lead the measurement approach to build the talent and skills of the future.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Leads programs and projects through the design lifecycle from project scoping, research and analysis, design, development, implementation, and success measurement as a part of the broader talent strategy
Engages with the HR Leadership team and leaders across the business to ensure that organization-wide executive and leadership initiatives are focused on building leadership capability tied to the business and functional strategy
Develops partnerships with internal teams and external partners to drive the delivery of solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, consultants, and thought leaders to stay informed of industry trends and best practices for executive development programs and coaching
Manages all logistics for assigned leadership development and talent development programs and experience including communications and engagement
Ensures integration of a diversity, equity and inclusion lens across assigned programs and processes
Travel required to support development programs, as needed

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of leadership development experience
- Experience in designing executive focused development programs and content
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of development and assessment tools and managing projects
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners and consult, advise and influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop practical solutions
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
