Responsibilities: We will teach you
- Supervise purchasing, sorting, packaging, and processing of the material.
- Maintain and report daily and monthly inventory.
- Manage production in steel yard.
- Learn how to differentiate between materials and how to process/package materials.
- Effectively manage employees.
- Communicate with HQ regarding staff, materials, and loads processed and shipped.
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe to maintain efficiency.
- Report all equipment-related issues for urgent attention; maintain equipment.
- Must be able to manage multiple buy-back centers.
Qualifications:
- 2+ previous employer referencesif available.
- Punctual, courteous with customers, strong work ethic.
- Effective communication.
- No criminal background.
