Job Summary:
Provide strategic leadership to our internal end users. Responsible for identifying and leading improvements to the planning process through use of Blue Yonder, SAP PPDS and ECC MRP to achieve improvements. Will manage Blue Yonder ESP system enhancement projects to support new business requirements, ensuring systems are aligned to achieve current business objectives. Provide analysis and modeling support of systems to support supply chain initiatives. Perform problem root cause analysis of business and system problem and recommend solutions/business processes that prevent problem reoccurrence. Lead the design of functional solutions and partner with the IT team to ensure that functional designs are translated into technical designs. Execute project management disciplines to ensure project and tasks are delivered on time, within budget and to the approved scope and quality of business requirements.
Position Responsibilities

- Manage SAP APO & Blue Yonder system enhancement projects to support new business requirements, ensuring systems are aligned to achieve current business objectives.
- Provide analysis and modeling support of systems to support supply chain initiatives.
- Perform problem root cause analysis of business and system problem and recommend solutions/business processes that prevent problem reoccurrence.
- Lead the design of functional solutions and partner with the IT team to ensure that functional designs are translated into technical designs.
- Execute project management disciplines to ensure project and tasks are delivered on time, within budget and to the approved scope and quality of business requirements.
- Develop and deliver training for internal end users, including the business teams, and ensuring effective use of SAP systems.
- Use Blue Yonder ESP to align production with demand, execute niche planning, maintain inventory and customer service levels.
- Monitoring the degree to which system functionality is being used by end users and reporting any gaps found, along with training to bridge those gaps.
- Lead a team of COE analysts and create a positive team culture.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of business experience (Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Demand Planning or other Supply Chain fields).
- Experience with ERP and Advanced Planning systems desired, but not required. Systems include: SAP ECC, SAP APO, Blue Yonder ESP
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and technologies is also required; as well as experience leading process and system changes
