Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

SRS Medical is a medical device manufacturer, located in North Billerica, MA. We are looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join our team to help us ship world class medical devices to hospitals and surgical centers.

The objective of this entry-level position is to work with our manufacturing staff in incoming inspection, product labeling, and mechanical assembly.

• Provide part kits to manufacturing floor
• Inspect/label incoming parts
• Perform light mechanical product assembly
• Build subassemblies per manufacturing procedures
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and capable of using hand tools to assemble product components
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Must be detail oriented and have good organizational and coordination skills
• Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks assigned
• High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
