Manufacturing Engineer

Qualifications:
Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
GPA of 3.0 or higher
6 plus years’ experience in a manufacturing or integration environment
3+ years of Semiconductor Fabrication Clean Room Experience
Exceptional manufacturing skills
Experience in implementing lean/six sigma techniques (FMEA, DFMA, DTC, DOE, and root cause/corrective action analysis).
Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Must have computer skills including MS Windows and office products (excel, PowerPoint, word, and project)
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and follow-through
Must be a team player, pro-active, and customer oriented with a sense of urgency to accomplish a given task or goal
Ability to lead teams, train, and mentor personnel

Preferred Additional Skills:
Existing SECRET/TS/SCI Clearance
Experience with precision mechanical measurement and assembly tools
Experience in Manufacturing/Operations leadership capacity (i.e., Group Lead, IPT Lead, PE, CAM)
Experience in functional leadership
5+ years of Semiconductor Fabrication Clean Room Experience
Background in developing manufacturing processes is preferred.
Good communication skills including the ability to deliver effective presentations to peers, management and customers, are preferred

Salary: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
