Job Description Summary:

This position is located in Stanley, VA. Primary role & responsibilities include:

• Process Thinker, highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills;

• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills;

• Interacts well with diverse groups and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators;

• Listens to and understands others' points of view and articulates tactfully and respectfully orally, in writing, and in presentations;

• A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with operators, maintenance, and equipment;

• Responsible for compliance with applicable policies and procedures, conducting safety audits, and developing/updating programs;

• Training employees on safety procedures and monitoring compliance with safety standards;

• Conduct investigations, determine root cause, and possibly creates/modified solutions;

• Identifies full range of risks and needs; proposes solutions to address them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
