Central City Consulting is a marketing and branding firm located in Downtown Orlando.
We are presently searching for an organized and highly motivated Marijuana Event Coordinator to coordinate a variety of on-site events and assistant with our sales and Marijuana Petitioning team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring necessary equipment, booking event sites, being present at event sites, arranging transportation, preparing and conducting meetings and maintaining a series of detailed accounts for our petitioners.
Marijuana Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the arrival and departure of volunteers and visitors attending events.
- Manage visitors and visitors' expectations during events and be present at event sites.
- Coordinate the clean-up of venues after events.
- You may be cross-trained and asked to occasionally support other departments to meet business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Be comfortable interacting and dealing with the general public.
- Provide knowledge and support Cannabis Bill Petitioners/Circulators.
- Create a list of candidates for events.
- Create an attractive summary of events to attract more attendees.
Marijuana Event Coordinator Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and works well with others in a team environment.
- Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field.
- Ability to follow highly detailed instructions to ensure exact specifications are met.
- Ability to sit and stand for at least 8 hours per day.
- FULL TIME HOURS ( Monday-Friday).
