THE BRASS TACKS
The Marketing Admin Coordinator will:
- Coordinate marketing calls, agendas, and notes.
- Process marketing department invoices and expenses.
- Organize and maintain marketing files, SOPs, etc.
- Facilitate project management platforms and workflows.
- Assist with Columbia Hospitality website updates.
- Compile marketing reports.
- Process collateral requests and orders.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
- Serve as the point of contact for general marketing requests.
- Manage special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Marketing Admin Coordinator will have the following qualifications:
- A university degree in marketing or business-related discipline with at least one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- General knowledge of marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write, proofread and edit reports, business correspondence, and promotional content.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, managers, clients, guests and the general public.
- Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Solid personal management skills, including time management, planning and organizing, and delivery of results.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Effective problem solver able to make decisions in routine situations.
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

- This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position typically working Monday through Friday from our Seattle Support Center office.
