MARKETING COORDINATOR
Jess Auto Dealership Group, a family-owned business with a strong commitment to our customers, employees, and the communities we serve, is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. With locations in Grand Coulee, Pullman, and Omak, we need a creative, results-driven professional passionate about automotive marketing and knowledgeable about the digital landscape.

Position Location: On-site with the potential to work remotely. Must be able to commute to each of the three dealership locations (Pullman, Omak, Grand Coulee) on a routine basis.

Position Responsibilities: The Marketing Coordinator develops, coordinates, and executes various marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and increase leads for each of the three locations.
- Maintains dealership websites, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Creates engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including company branding, product insights, market news, and promotions tailored to each store's unique audience.
- Monitors and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns and provides recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve maximum results for each location.
- Assists in managing the dealership group's online reputation, responds to customer reviews and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinates, travel and participates in local events and sponsorships for each store to strengthen our presence in the community.
- Understands industry trends and best practices, ensuring our marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.
- Assists in managing Co-Op Funds with Manufacturers
Position Requirements: History of related experience/training in Marketing/Social Media branding is required. Understanding of automotive industry trends and marketing best practices is highly recommended. A valid Driver’s License is required (and must be deemed insurable by Dealer liability company).
Job Type/Job Schedule: Full Time, weekdays

Pay Range: $25/hr. - $30/hr. depending on experience/training
Pay Structure: This position is a non-exempt hourly position.
