SeamonWhiteside is in search of an ambitious and talented professional to serve as the Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager with marketing, social media, events, graphics, branding and PR for SeamonWhiteside. The Marketing Coordinator will help support all SW+ locations.

Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience
Essential Job Functions
- Plan marketing and Business Development events
- Internal communications
- Assist with keeping social media up to date (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter)
- Assist with keeping company website content up to date
- Coordinate specialized consultants (photographers, PR, promotional products, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR regarding onboarding, career fairs, social media job postings, etc.
- Plan and coordinate special events
- Create graphics for use in proposals and presentations using InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop
- Develop collateral materials such as resumes, cutsheets, brochures, and handouts
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Create ads for magazine, newspapers, workshop uses
