Reporting into the Senior Director, Global Marketing (Enterprise and Events - based in London) of the Marketing Team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for building Bullhorn’s brand in the Enterprise segment across all marketing channels aside from events (handled by a dedicated Events team). This might include account based marketing, content, digital programs, website presence and much more. This person will be responsible for developing and executing flawless marketing campaigns that drive access to key named accounts and broader awareness of Bullhorn and its products, ultimately building enough pipeline for the sales organization to achieve its pipeline and bookings targets.
This person will also establish and strengthen relationships within the Salesforce organization, feeding critical inputs and observations back to marketing leadership in an effort to take advantage of key opportunities across the globe. They will own our co-marketing contact relationships and cadence, activating programs jointly as required and ensuring reporting and planning is seamless.
Partnering closely with teams across Bullhorn including events, alliances, product marketing, creative and multiple sales teams, they will ensure all parts of the marketing organization work seamlessly together to drive towards the established KPI’s.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with remote working relationships, who is exceptionally adept at handling multiple projects at once while building strong relationships both internally and externally.

A typical day will include

  • Developing and executing on marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand of Bullhorn’s products within the Enterprise space (social media, pay per click advertising, remarketing, webinars, email marketing, etc.)
  • Creating highly engaging programs and content that help us get access to key targets
  • Working with the central content team to develop, manage and curate content for Bullhorns content platforms (Rix, customer blog, staffing blog including regional versions of these) that provide relevant Salesforce focused perspectives from customers, influencers and key stakeholders. This will include driving customer case studies across the globe.
  • Assisting the regional marketing teams with localizing Salesforce programs as relevant in each market - ensuring they have the correct inputs to manage planning processes and delivering-region effectively.
  • Strengthening existing or building new relationships with the Salesforce organization, Salesforce dedicated partners, and relevant influencers
  • Overseeing the media programs and budget for the Enterprise segment, tracking the ROI of each effort and pro-actively providing closed-loop reporting
  • Aligning closely and collaborating with sales to identify opportunities or threats, helping to develop programs to address any/all needs
  • Keeping in constant communication with the central marketing team(s) to share local insights and surface opportunities that can bolster Bullhorn’s presence in the Enterprise segment
  • Owning the reporting for Marketing campaign influence, socializing the results (and any learnings) to key stakeholders on a regular basis

This role is a fit for you if

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in marketing, particularly demand generation or content marketing (any experience in the recruitment industry is highly desirable!)
  • You have strong ABM expertise and a data-driven mindset You’re adept at multitasking and proactive planning, with very strong written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • You thrive in fast paced settings, with the ability to operate successfully in a remote office, but remain highly connected to the core team based in London.
  • You make connections everywhere.
  • You’re an avid networker that builds strong relationships with people, leveraging those relationships to creatively solve problems.
  • You’re happy to travel as required and occasionally to London.
