Position: Solution Business Support

Work Location: 85 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 (Onsite)

Contract Period: 12+ Months

Solution Business Support:

We are looking for a talented solution business support who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for the enterprises with innovating IT solutions. The ideal candidate would be the one who is self-driven, takes complete ownership and is responsible for defining the core requirements to drive the success. This role will be highly cross functional, working to drive success within Solution Services under Intelligent Business team.

· Recognizes, understands, and documents market needs, and working with engineering teams to translate those needs into features and functionality.

· Assesses product market data by interacting with sales, customer success, and customers.

· Collaborates with marketing and business leaders for opportunities to expand mobility and workspace management solutions.

· Understands the competitive landscape and help define competitive strategy.

· Works with the UX team to design the best experience for the users.

· Create and update solution documents, including manuals, marketing contents, and reports

What we’re looking for...

· Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

· Three or more years of relevant work experience or project management

· Prefers for three or more years of experience in Product Management and enterprise SaaS products support

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
