Material Handler
Winamac company seeking an experienced 1st Shift Material Handler. Pay ranges $17-$19 per hour, depending on experience.

Material Handler Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $19.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm)
Position summary:
- This position is in the Shipping Department and is responsible for participating in daily shipping, receiving and inventory functions.
Tasks:
- Pack ship out crates, aftermarket parts orders
- Load and unload trucks
- Deliver material to Hoist mount and build departments as needed
- Operate forklifts safely
- Communicate and coordinate with team members
Material Handler Qualifications:
Skills:
- Proficient on forklifts
- Ability to multitask
Attributes:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Safe
- Responsible
Physical requirements:
- Able to lift 70 lbs.
- Required to stand, walk, work long periods on your feet
- Required to climb on/off truck throughout the day
Experience and Education:
- Forklift
- Shipping/Receiving
- High School Diploma or equivalent not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
