il porcellino salumi & wholesale production facility is a hand crafted and artisanal charcuterie operation. Butchering meat and salami production are essential job requirements. Training will be provided. The ability to work in a cold environment is required. Attention to detail and a passion for cured meats is a must!

The proper candidate for this job will possess meat butchering and fabrication skills, the ability to operate machinery, the ability to maintain a sanitary work environment, the ability to listen and follow directions, the ability to be able to lift 75 pounds, and the ability to grow within our structure and environment.
