Our firm specializes in the collection of past due medical accounts. As a debt collector, you’ll constructively help consumers resolve their outstanding accounts, while also helping our clients receive payment for their services as efficiently as possible. The ideal candidate will be excited about the opportunity to help both our clients and consumers reach a mutually agreed upon payment plan and see it through to completion. As a debt collection specialist you’ll work with consumers on a daily basis, by telephone, to pursue payment arrangements that are suitable for all parties. It is important that you can speak persuasively and listen attentively to the consumer. It is also important that you prioritize multiple tasks to ensure the successful handling of each debt collection attempt.

Collection experience is not necessary. We are looking for someone who has excellent attendance, a positive attitude, and good computer skills. Our hours are Mon.- Fri., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Base pay plus potential bonus is offered. We offer a full range of benefits including 401K, medical, dental and vision.
